The "in location" closing statement with the pot bellied policemen in the background, complete with outstretched arms and an expression of "disgust" plus some weird gyroscope like movement of her head was a bit overdone. Would have left me constipated if I had watched any more. And the BCS/Stephenian alum on the panel must really be brave....
barkha dutt is apparently "in conv. with" Rushdie in the upcoming lit meet in Jaipur :(
