STPI has some arbit restrictions on keeping the balconies in the office open. As a result, the only balconies that are open are those that provide the ugliest look or those that open up to the hot a/c exhaust of another building.

I found this when I wanted to eat my apple in peace. Searched for open balconies. The ones facing MG Road were closed. From the one that I managed to find, I was greeted with a blast of very warm air and the view of a person jacking off in the bathroom in the opposite building.
